We began years ago searching for healthier ways to live when the fast american life style that typically includes lots of fast foods and processed foods wasn't working for our family and pets. After years of studying with exercise physiologists such as Teresa Tapp, naturopath physicians and holistic nutrition experts, such as Dr. Regan Golob and Judy Sinner, as well as numerous holistic veterinarians, we began sharing the information with others in order to allow you the gift of improving life.

In the last century, we've seen enormous advances in technology, medicine and pharmaceuticals, yet we are a much less healthy society. One of the big culprits is the typical American Diet.
